South Park does Warhammer 40K

I’ve been a big fan of TreyParker and TMatt Stone’s South Park since the beginning. I remember their viral Jesus vs Santa video, and when they started the show with Cartman getting an anal probe (and they found a network to air it) I was hooked.

Over the years I have said the guys were misunderstood geniuses because they made other great content - such as Cannibal the Musical, Orgazmo and Baseketball. They have mocked Oprah, Tom Cruise and Scientology. There is no fear in what they do…..and yet, they capture the pure essence of type of subject matter they tackle.

And now, we have possibly the most accurate representation of Warhammer 40K depicted on screen. This really doesn’t surprise me, as it appears Trey Parker is a bit of a geek himself, given that back in 2015, White Metal Games did some custom miniatures for him. Given that Trey has degrees in Japanese and Film, experiences that translated over to the aforementioned Cannibal and Orgazamo, it definitely appears he is again translating his experiences to screen.
