Make it STOP: Damsel

Netflix recently announced a release date of Oct 13, 2023 for the upcoming fantasy film Damsel starring Millie Bobby Brown, along with a publicity still. Ok, I get it…..I’m old, but why do they keep casting Millie Bobby Brown in anything? After the first season of Stranger Things, she quickly became the weak link in the show. She then went on to the snoozefest anchors of not one, but TWO Godzilla Movies (Godzilla: King of the Monsters and Godzilla vs Kong) along with the abysmal Enola Holmes movies as well.

Face it, she cannot act or carry a movie on her own…..and now she gets another. No wonder the movie industry is in the tank.
