Sprue Recycling Survey

We recently published a blog post detailing Games Workshop's initiative to recycle used sprues and old paint pots. In addition, we conducted a cutting-edge survey on Twitter to gather feedback on this program.

Well, the results are in and I wanted to capture them here.

As you can see, the survey was quite simple, consisting of only three options. It was conducted for a duration of five days, and received over 250 views, but only managed to gather 14 interactions.

Given the survey's lackluster performance, despite being posted on a profile that typically garners high interactions, one could hypothesize that most gamers in my network are simply not interested. Furthermore, among the respondents who did take the time to engage, a significant 71.5% either expressed disinterest or inquired about potential benefits, indicating that the program is likely to be unsuccessful. In light of these findings, it may be more prudent for Games Workshop to focus on releasing new models, such as a Praetorian Guard line, instead of pursuing this program.
